Arrived super quick, easy to put together and is exactly what I wanted!!
We initially ordered via another company but when it turned up (late) there were so many dents and scratches I had to return it (much to daughter's upset).
We re-ordered via Urban, different colour but same make - service has been like night and day. Very fast delivery which arrived as stated, no damage and great service.
The team even took the time to reassure my daughter there would be no issues (yes she is high maintenance).
New colour is also much nicer.
Simple to build, despite my request, my daughter built it whilst I was out, shame she did this downstairs rather than upstairs though ...
