My order was delivered amazingly fast. I was worried when I unpacked all of the pieces, but this was the easiest flat pack I have ever constructed - it all fits together really smoothly. Even better: there are no visible screws or fixings - it looks like the real deal! Very impressed, and would definitely buy again.
Really stands out in our kitchen, we are using it as a drinks cabinet. Instructions were straight forward to build, and it included a screwdriver which was helpful. The only reason I’ve marked it as a 4 star is that the doors are always squint, even with adding / removing washers - we’ve tried every possibility, one is always higher than the other so it doesn’t look flush. Apart from that, great statement pieces

Great looking cabinet which is both practical and stylish. It was very straightforward to assemble and I thought it was a nice touch to include a screwdriver. I watched the YouTube video and then followed the paper instructions to carry out the build. It certainly seems a cut above other self assembly furniture brands.
Really lovely colour- goes well in our kitchen space. would make a great pantry but was swiftly taken over by my husband! we ordered two extra sets of shelves to go with it.
The baskets are good quality and quite sturdy. However, I expected them to fit nicely inside the locker, but they don't. The long edge of the large one is a few cm too long.
Bad quality and cheap looking material. Arrived with countless dents and marks, with one drawer having significant rust. After 2 hours of assembly, the drawers didn’t even fit properly and are all sticking out at different depths. Abysmal customer service. Would never use this brand again.
The locke i bought is very nice but customer service absolutely hopeless. I tried to contact them to ask about additional shelves which, on the web image, shows half shelves. As they didn't reply to my email over more than 24 hours I went ahead and bought 2 half shelves. Except, those shown were for a differet model and when they arrived I found I'd ordered two double width shelves so had one too many. Another more than 24 hours by email later, they said i could have the extra shelf collected at cost of £10. Since I paid £19 for each shelf, this seemed a bit of a waste... Anyhow, they really should answer their emails sooner but also, maybe just pick up the phone and resolve matters straight away instead of the painful to and fro while you email at cross-purposes.
I was pleasantly surprised. I never ever ordered items from the Uk since the Brexit. Problems with Customs Regulation, unknown fees, long delivery time ….. Not needed. But in this case, every thing was perfekt. Good qualtiy and price (Storage locker Bexley), really quick delivery in 5 days without extra custom fees and a safe packing. I am happy, many thanks to the guys from Urban Locker from Mercedes-Town in southern Germany.

such a cute addition to a bedroom. As per the picture and the assembly was quite easy. Didn't know about URBAN until looking for a locker-type piece of furniture. Will defo stay a top of mind.

I ordered these by 10 Tuesday, they arrived by 10 Wednesday and had been built by 11 Thursday (Each one took about 30 mins to build) the service is fantastic!
