Truly brilliant customer service

I bought the Oxford in sage from urban. I had an initial mix up with my shipping address and a change of heart on the colour scheme but Mark let me amend it with ease, due to their quick response time. I then had some issues with assembly/quality and urban were so quick to send me a replacement. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way and I never had to wait more than half a day to hear back from them. Couldn’t fault from a customer experience perspective. If struggling to build these pieces, I highly recommend watching the videos as they are helpful in discerning whether there was a fault with the pieces or simply our ability to build!

Brilliant office bathroom storage

We are delighted with this locker cabinet which is exactly what we needed for our office shower / wc / wet room to store loo roll, bathmats and cleaning equipment. And it looks great too.
