Lovely colour and very fast delivery. Very happy.

Only thing, would be better if the tops were fixed for when you move the item around rather than just placed on top.

The product arrived swiftly and was simple to put togther. There was a small scratch on one piece, which customer service replaced immediately. It looks great and I love it in my room.

I bought the mustard Fulham and ot was very quick to assemble. Was so pleased I purchased the side table locker the very next day. Love these!

3rd order of Urban products. We bought the pink Oxford for the lounge. Then immediately bought a 2nd and matching Camden’s for other rooms. Delivery was fast. Product is easy to build and feels high quality especially compared to similar product we purchased from argos

I bought the Oxford in sage from urban. I had an initial mix up with my shipping address and a change of heart on the colour scheme but Mark let me amend it with ease, due to their quick response time. I then had some issues with assembly/quality and urban were so quick to send me a replacement. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way and I never had to wait more than half a day to hear back from them. Couldn’t fault from a customer experience perspective. If struggling to build these pieces, I highly recommend watching the videos as they are helpful in discerning whether there was a fault with the pieces or simply our ability to build!

Lovely piece of storage furniture, well packaged and delivered the day after ordering. Great range of colours. Ideally needs two people to assemble. Very good value for money.

Beautiful chest of drawers and a lovely colour. Got a cheaper metal cabinet but the quality of this was so much better and easier to put together. Turned up really quickly, highly recommended.
